This certificate is designed to help believers grow in their confidence in God’s word, to know how we got the Bible, how it was transmitted and preserved for us over time, and to acquire the relevant knowledge needed to read and interpret it more accurately.

Additional Information

This class provides the background knowledge needed to understand the content of the Old Testament Scriptures. Students will become familiar with the basic geography of the Old Testament world, the basic message of each Old Testament book as well as how the books are organized and how to list each book by memory. Students will grow in their desire and confidence to read the Old Testament with ease.
